We look forward to providing you and your camper with a wonderful day camp experience. Listed below are the basics for dropping off and picking up your camper.
CAMPER DROP OFF
Camp begins each day at 9 am; you may drop your child off at the lower level of the Todaro Leadership Center (There will be signs clearly marking the Day Camp Drop Off location). Drop off begins at 8:45 am and ends at 9 am when we take the campers to their first activity of the day. If you arrive earlier than 8:45 am, we ask that you wait with your child in your car until 8:45 am; the morning is when the staff are finalizing their plans for the day.
Camper Pick-up
Campers can be picked up from 4:30 to 5 pm from the lower level of the Todaro Leadership Center.
CAMPER DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP PROCEDURE
The first building on your left at the top of the hill is the Todaro Leadership Center. Please park in the large parking lot and walk your Campers up to the director to check them in. Initial our "Check In" form next to your child's name. Upon Pick Up you will be required to walk up to the director and check your child out of Camp by initialing in the "Check Out" box of our form. Please be prepared to show an I.D. if you and your child are new to our program. Please note if anyone other than you will be picking up your child, you must tell the director ahead of time and that person must also be prepared to show ID before taking over care of your child.
Special arrangements
If you need to drop-off or pick-op your child at times other then 8:45-9 am or 4:30-5 pm, please be sure to notify the director in writing so arrangements can be made.
ATTENDANCE/ Absence from camp
Please call as soon as you know if your child will be absent from Camp. We appreciate notice in advance when available. If your child has not arrived at Camp by 9:30am and you have not alerted us to an absence, the Director will call to check in on them.
